(Launched in Dec 2013)
Objectives
- Prepare the next generation leaders & entrepreneurs
- Provide motivation and mentorship to guide in career path options
- Create a support system which can be used beyond college days for career development, work-life integration, etc.
Benefits
- Develop and hone leadership skills in potentials.
- Getting mentoring and exposure from Industry experts
- Establish a sustainable framework between College, Alumni & Students
LiA Members – Selection Criteria
- Target Students: 3rd year.
- Student selection criteria:
- 20% - CGPA >= 6.5 & arrears <= 3
- 20% - faculty recommendation
- 60% - exercises to identify leadership potential ( Self Assessment, Strength Finder, MBTi, One page essay )
