Degree Certificates will be issued to all passed out candidates once received from the university.

1. April 2007 and after – The degree certificates will be issued in the respective departments.

For receiving the degree certificate, the student should come and show any photo identity issued by the college. (Ex. latest hall ticket, consolidated mark sheet, college identity card – any one of these) . If the parents have to receive it, they should bring an authorization letter from their son/daughter along with any photo identity mentioned above. Degree certificate will not be given to any other person (even with authorization) under any circumstances.

2. April 2005 to Nov.2006 – The degree certificates will be issued in the COE’s office.

For receiving the degree certificate, the student should come and show any photo identity issued by the college. (Ex. latest hall ticket, consolidated mark sheet, college identity card – any one of these). If the parents have to receive it, they should bring an authorization letter from their son/daughter along with any photo identity mentioned above, get the signature of the respective department HOD and then submit it in the COE office. Degree certificate will not be given to any other person (even with authorization) under any circumstances.

3. Before April 2005 – The degree certificates will be issued in the College office.
