Applicants have to upload a copy of a valid identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving license or voter’s identity card to generate LDR (Lost Document Report) for the lost document from Tamilnadu Police Portal for recording Lost Documents. Following this, and providing other required information, an LDR would be generated with a ‘unique number.

  • Along with the LD , submit an affidavit, in a 20Rs. Stamp paper as per the format, authorized by the notary public. The fee per mark sheet can be obtained from COE office.
  • Pay the fees in the extension counter of the ICICI Bank available in the campus using the chalan available in the COE office.

After submitting the above documents, in person, along with a requisition letter, the duplicate mark sheet will be issued within 10 working days from the date of submission.
