- During the course of study a student of any degree programme offered by this institution can withdraw from the terminal examination;
- Student not having any history of arrears as on date is alone permitted to apply for the withdrawal from the examination;
- Withdrawal of the examination will be permitted only once in entire study period of the particular degree programme;
- Only for a valid and genuine reasons (accident or hospitalization due to severe illness) with a valid medical certificates/documents, withdraw from the examination will be granted;

- Filled application form with proofs should reach COE office for approval through proper channel at least one day advance to the last theory examination of the semester;
- On approval of the withdrawal by COE, all the courses registered (Regular & Supplementary) in the semester will be cancelled and the student has to register and appear all the courses in the subsequent semester;
