- Our college chess player M.Vaisnav (II year ECE) got first prize & received Rs.3000/ cash prize in the State level open chess championship held at Virudhunagar & received Rs.2000/ cash prize in the 26thTamilnadu State FIDE team chess championship held at PTR College of Engineering & Technology from 21.06.18 to 24.06.18.
- Our college men Kho-Kho team secured WINNER position in the state level Inter Engineering Kho-Kho tournament organized by Einstein College of Engineering, Tirunelveli from 01.02.19 to 03.02.19.
- Our college women Kho-Kho team secured WINNER position in the state level Inter Engineering Kho-Kho tournament organized by Einstein College of Engineering, Tirunelveli from 01.02.19 to 03.02.19.
- Our college men Kho-Kho team secured Winner Position in the 9th Thiru Karumuttu Thiagarajan Chettiar memorial state level Inter Engineering Kho-Kho tournament organized by Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai from 22.02.19 to 23.02.19.
- Our college men Cricket team secured WINNER position in the state level cricket tournament organized by KLN College of Engineering, Sivagangai from 19.03.19 to 22.03.19.
- Our college Alumni Hockey team secured RUNNER Position in the 26th Thiru Karumuttu Thiagarajan Chettiar memorial state level Inter Engineering Hockey tournament organized by Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai from 09.03.19 to 11.03.19.

Our College men taekwondo players C.Abishiek Prabhu (II Year IT) and C.Jeyanth (II Year CSE) achieved the most full-contact kicks in one hour by a team is 58,683 was achieved by the JR international TKD Academy (India) in Andhra Pradesh, India on 13 October 2016.
